FILE UPLOAD

The Web of Imagen Fotógrafos allows the upload of files in .PDF and .JPG formats, informing by independent in each area the corresponding format for a correct printing or finishing. It is strictly forbidden to upload files in formats not allowed considering such case as a violation of our legal conditions.

Uploading of files up to 64 mb is allowed in the formats indicated above, however, at times of great use of the site or slow connections by the user the upload of them can be limited.

The user guarantees that the files uploaded to our website are not protected, respect the privacy and intellectual property rights or there are no third party rights, or in the case of copyright, the requested printing does not exceed in the latter case 10 percent of the work in compliance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of April 12.

Those responsible for producing your order verify by their means the number of pages of your files, the quality for printing it and compliance with the rules set forth above, in case of errors or breach of file rules we will contact you to provide a file according to or proceed according to our point of Guarantees and Returns.

Files uploaded and hosted by users with delivery in 4 days are deleted within a period not exceeding 5 days.

PRICES

The prices of the products that appear on the web include VAT. These prices do not include the expenses corresponding to the shipment, which are indicated separately once the products have been selected and sent to the basket, and before the customer gives his final agreement of the purchase.

Buyers agree to follow the criteria in good faith, in case the prices of the products on the web, due to errata in the edition, are not those that correspond.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs for Spain are calculated automatically at the time of ordering. For other countries check rates. There are promotions (in shipping costs) valid only in Spain (peninsula) and Balearic Islands.

Free shipping from a purchase over € 45 (only valid in the Iberian Peninsula); Shipments to the Canary Islands will be subject to customs fees.

DELIVERY TERM

A minimum term has been stipulated for the delivery of orders of 4 days from the receipt of the proof of purchase on the web, respecting the opening hours of the same and as long as the file, photo, file or the final art provided is Correct for printing.

If the sale occurs outside the opening hours, the minimum time of 7 days from the center’s opening time will be respected for delivery.

We reserve the right to review delivery times for high orders and / or production points in the center or files of invalid or troubled customers.

ORDER MODIFICATION

Once the payment has been processed and the proof of purchase has been received, the nature of the order cannot be modified, this includes:

• File Modification
• Print color, size and weight
• Number of prints, bound, copies or games
• Payment method

RETURNS

For changes or returns, you have a period of 15 days from the day after the order is received. The item must be in perfect condition and in its original box, it is intact, in order to accept its return. The client must send an email with your incident to info@imagenfotografos.com with the order number, the reason for the return and the bank account number to transfer the return. Once the email is received, our team will contact you to process the return process.

INCIDENCES AND CLAIMS

GUARANTEES AND RETURNS

You have 15 days from the delivery of your order to report incidents with it (breakages, printing errors, etc.), the products offered on www.imagenfotografos.com are made exclusively or customized for each customer, therefore will not return them.
In case of defect of origin in the products purchased we will proceed, as established in the regulations on guarantee of consumer goods to the replacement or repair as appropriate.

In cases of cancellation of orders for final arts, files, photos or images not suitable for printing provided at the time of purchase or afterwards the full amount will be returned less 20% of the total order if the claim is made before 30 days in return management, after this period the order amount will not be refunded.
